This will be Jamison’s second solo exhibition in this gallery. Jamison cofounded the Department of Safety in 2002. He graduated with his MFA in New Genres in 2006 from the San Francisco Art Institute. Jamison is the founder and editor-in-chief of Veneer Magazine.
The exhibited works are of various media and are on display throughout November, 2009.
The opening on Friday coincides with artwalk. This is an extremely special event.
A limited edition copper 7” record entitled AIRGASS, (that you can play on your record player) will be for sale. It is letterpressed and laser cut. There are less than 20 of these available for purchase in the world. They cost $25. Proceeds will be donated to the DoS.
